Jesse May grew up in an orphanage and since he was a trouble child even at that age he was never adopted and when he could finally leave the orphanage he fell in with the wrong crowd which would lead him to be hunted as a outlaw and even faced the death sentence but just before he would have died he was recruited to Blackwatch where he would end up leading the Zeta-Team.
