Cecilia has almost no memory of her past prior to her 'birth' as she calls it after picking it as her new birthday.

During her childhood, she lived in the woods only coming into towns and villages to trade as she learnt to live off the land as she became skilled in hunting and traversing the uneven ground that is Skyrim. As she got older and entered her mid-teens, she came to the towns and villages around where she hunted and took on odd jobs with the villagers but she always kept part of her self-locked away thus never letting her connect with the villagers. But despite this, the villagers were still open and happy to see her when she visited partly because she always brought a good haul of meat with her and gave them better prices for it than most of the other hunters and traders.

In recent years she has kept to herself even more as she tends to stay away from the Imperial legions and their camps except when necessary to visit a town or village.
