CONVENTION

Based on reference images found here, where the closest visual comparison using the bar style ribbons (as opposed to ToS triangles) is the 2390's Admiralty. Medals stack from the bottom up and right-to-left (representing left-to-right as worn) as you look at them with the whole set being centered, and ordered chronologically. They stack in rows of 4, with the top row always being complete and the bottom taking any odd quantity as shown in the below example.

Cluster pins are added for each consecutive award as a tally, for example: 0 delta's = 1st award. 1 gold delta = +1 (total 2). 1 silver delta = +5 (total 6).

The .psd template I've setup for these is largely adaptable, so different number counts can be displayed per preference. Here I've kept the awards in position for the first receipt of clustered ones, with the pins being added to them in place, rather than moving the award ribbon to the top of the stack whenever it gains a new pin.

STARFLEET COMMENDATIONS

	​UFP Medal of Honor For personal acts of valor, above and beyond the call of duty.
	​Starfleet Purple Heart Awarded to Starfleet personnel who are wounded by an instrument of war in the hands of the enemy, or posthumously to the next of kin in the name of those who are killed in action or die of wounds received in action. It is specifically a combat decoration.
	​Christopher Pike Medal of Valor In recognition of remarkable leadership, meritorious conduct, and acts of personal bravery.
	Karagite Order of Heroism Awarded to new members of the Karagite Order. This order recognized officers who demonstrated exceptional valor and heroism.
	Legion of Honor For exceptionally meritorious conduct in the performance of outstanding services and achievements.
	​Starfleet Cross For gallantry in action against an enemy of the Federation.
	​Starfleet Silver Star For gallantry in action against an enemy of the Federation.
	Starfleet Bronze Star For meritorious conduct in action against an enemy of the Federation.
	Starfleet Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry For conspicuous acts of valor and heroism.

	Preantares Ribbon of Commendation For outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Federation through exploration or diplomacy.
	Andorian Battle Star Given to command-level Starfleet officers who have shown superior tactical abilities on the battlefield, either personal or command-oriented.
	​Grankite Order of Tactics In recognition of exceptional tactical acumen.
	Zefram Cochrane Medal of Excellence For outstanding feats in the fields of Science and Engineering.
	Starfleet Surgeons Decoration In recognition of outstanding achievements in the Medical sciences.
	Starfleet Distinguished Marksmanship Award In recognition of exceptional scoring at an official marksmanship competition.
	Federation Exceptional Civil Service Award In recognition of outstanding civilian contributions to the efforts of Starfleet and the Federation.
	Grankite Order of Honor Awarded to cadets who - during their tour of study at Starfleet Academy - demonstrated a selfless heroism in support of the Federation and of Starfleet Command.
	Academy Graduation Award Awarded to Starfleet service members upon graduation from their respective schools.
	Academy Graduation Award (MACO) Awarded to Starfleet service members upon graduation from specialized MACO training.

	Battle of the Heart Campaign Medal (2421) Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who served in direct support of any campaign of the Horde conflict, culminating in the Battle of the Heart.
	Hur'q Conflict Campaign Medal (2416-2417) Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who served in direct support of any campaign of the Hur'q Conflict, including the Tzenkethi Front and all Gamma Quadrant operations.
	​Iconian War Service Medal (2414) Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who served in direct support of any campaign of the Iconian War.
	Vaadwaur Campaign Medal (2413-2414) Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who participated in the Vaadwaur Campaign, including the Battle of Kobai Prime.
	Undine Campaign Medal (2413) Awarded to all Starfleet and Allied personnel who participated in the Undine Campaign, including the defense of Sol and Qo'noS.

	Ranam Valassa - Shining Star Awarded to heroes of the Republic, for service above and beyond the call of duty.
	Praetor Colius Award In recognition of outstanding leadership, honorable conduct, and devotion to the Romulan people.
	D'takaram - The Great Comet For great contributions to the advancement or expansion of the Romulan Republic.
	Sotarek Citation For significant tactical and military achievements while in service to the Republic.
