Dr. Silvestrie is an Imperial scientist stationed at Black Site: Trill on Tatooine. Having faithfully served the Empire his entire life, the doctor's crowning achievement is Project LAE (Loracre Artificial Entity); which sadly got shutdown after the initial revival of it's first test subject - Series: Beta.
