History: The Delmak system and the Sokaarians that reside on the inhabited planet have been shrouded in mystery since first contact was made with the USS Pegasus in 2260. The Sokaarians fired upon the Pegasus and demanded that they never return to the Delmak system, as such Starfleet ordered the system sealed off and no attempt has been made to return.
