Jaxlan was born the same year that the Sith would return to Known space to one of the main noble houses of the Empress Teta system Taveran who also ran al the crime in the Koros sector while the Keto family turned a blind eye to it since it kept groups like the Exchange and the hutts from causing to many problems in their sector of space and while Jaxlan grew up his mother ran the Family business and his father was chosen by the Former Empress as the Empress Teta´s Senator in the Republic and it would be later during the cold war that the young Vandra Keto met Jaxlan and convinced her mother to chose jaxlan as the new senator so they could hide their new allegiance to the Sith Empire. and as apart of this deal Vandra asked for Jaxlan´s loyalty when the time came for her Coup against the rest of her family.

it would be during his time as a Senator that Jaxlan would meet his current lover the young Pirate Karvia who had cut herself free from the Exchange and now had a 14 million credits bounty on her head since she stole a small fleet of ships while she ran from them. which was also the reason that Jaxlan offered her a job since he thought she could be useful if she could get away with a small fleet of ships and while the Koros Sector had both the Hutt Cartel and the Exchange operating there but only because they gave a 25% cut to the Taveran family since if they wanted to start trouble they had to deal with the sector entire fleet and not just some small time crooks.

but now that tension in the galaxy is rising and Vandra Keto has sent a message to Jaxlan that it is time for him to return to Empress Teta to fulfill his part of the deal
