The Year of...

This all stems from the Emperor's opening dialogue in Oblivion: "...this is the 27th of Last Seed; the year of Akatosh 433...". This got me thinking that the ES universe must also apply something like the Chinese zodiac to their years as well, but since I've been unable to find any canon reference so far, I have extrapolated here based on a conventional listing of the Nine Divines applied sequentially throughout the timeline using the Emperor's above quote as a reference point. This also makes it very simple to work out, since it was later in 433 that the Oblivion crisis ended, thus marking the end of the Third Era and giving us a known quantity of Akatosh for year 0 of the Fourth Era which takes us up to the current story period - circa 4E 173 - the year of Dibella.
