CAREER MILESTONES

• 2360 | Graduated Vulcan Science Academy with Medical Degree and began work on Starbase 191 as civilian doctor.
  

• 2362 | Starbase 191 was attacked by the Tzenkethi, suffering massive casualties. Following the destruction of the station's sickbay and complete loss of the medical team, T'Lia took over and improvises the science lab into a makeshift sickbay. Her leadership saved the lives of many officers and civilians alike. This incident was the core motivator for her enlisting in Starfleet Academy.
  

• 2366 | Graduated Starfleet Academy's medical program in only 4 years due to prior medical expertise and experience.
  

• 2367 | Returned to Starbase 191 as a Lieutenant (Junior Grade). Despite her relatively low rank, she was given the position of Chief Medical Officer by the station commander, who was formerly station executive officer and owed his life to T'Lia's actions during the Tzenkethi attack.
  

• 2373 | Promoted to full Lieutenant and transferred to the front lines of the Dominion War to serve as a combat medic. T'Lia was stationed on a variety of ships during the two years of the war, though did not hold the Chief Medical Officer position on any of them.
  

• 2375 | Following the Dominion War, T'Lia was posted to the U.S.S. Apollo as Assistant Chief Medical Officer.
  

• 2381 | Took extended leave on Vulcan to have her newborn daughter T'Keel.
  

• 2382 | Returned to Starfleet with promotion to Lieutenant Commander in recognition of her services during the Dominion War.
  

• 2390 | Promoted to Commander.
  

• 2397 | Completed command training and given command of hospital ship U.S.S. Kumugwe.
