Shegtar
The Shegtar are a reclusive but highly advanced species of planet builders. Their reclusive nature means that very little is known of Shegtar society, though previous encounters by Starfleet vessels has gleaned the dominance of an Architects Guild. Thought by some to be distant relatives to Tellararites, given observed similarities in physique & demeanor; Shegtar technology remains something of a mystery, though a baseline has been established in the use of mass subspace transit.
