BIOGRAPHICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Keliaya, more commonly known by the name 'Kelly,' is a Denobulan member of a rebel group with known ties to the Klingon-Cardassian Alliance. The status of the rebels within the larger command structure of the Alliance is unclear, and it is yet unknown whether members of the group are members of the Alliance or simply funded by them. A former slave of the Empire, Kelly is infamous for her activities against Terran slave markets as well as her ability to infiltrate Imperial Starfleet facilities.
