Bendie was Born on Nar Shaddaa to a couple of members of the Exchange and he would later become a member himself and his biggest rival inside the exchange on Nar Shaddaa was Ukabi who did not want to work with the Empire and a such began to use the other crime cartel on Nar Shaddaa and the Empire to get rid of Ukabi and then take over the Exchange on Nar Shaddaa for himself.

A few years later he would be an Exchange representation on Darvannis where he would than make a deal with Atropos who at the time was just a commander for the dread guard to supply her with weapons and resources.
