Felicia is a well-to-do girl hailing from the English countryside. Having grown up hearing wild tales about the state the world beyond their shores was now in, she decided upon inheriting the family estate that she would cross the great ocean and seek to put her fortunes to better use. Having landed in the Commonwealth; Felicia soon became affiliated with the Railroad and works to this day to aid them in the rehousing and protection of escaped synths - whilst gradually building her own political power base on these foreign shores...

There are also rumors surrounding the exotic Brit that suggest there is more to her than is claimed. Should these be believed; then Felicia would in fact hail from one of the many secret vaults dotted around the country where she was not only born and raised to work in secret on behalf of Vault-Tec in the outside world, but has even received some unique and experimental treatment at the hands of her supposed employers - often pertained to by the unusual multi-tonal hue to her eyes which could be claimed to be the one visible side effect of her radioactive treatment. Of course, should this theory be believed, then one must also ask what the unseen side effects are...
