BIOGRAPHICAL HIGHLIGHTS

Tribune Domina Caellian is an Imperial battlemage and officer of the First Legion. Although a member of the Shadow Legion, the carnage suffered by the Empire when defending the Imperial City saw Caellian's promotion to Tribune and appointment as an officer in the First. Commanding a mixture of mages and regular troops, she retreated with the Imperial Guard and the Emperor to Skyrim to regroup with their northern forces.

Prior to joining the Legion, Caellian was associated with the College of Whispers, one of the magic orders founded after the collapse of the Mage's Guild. Her membership status with the College is unclear.
