Bozhou Colony

Bozhou - third planet of the Anhui System and a naturally uninhabited world - was first terraformed and settled by the Federation with the the use of environmental control technology developed by Risian engineer Avondal. In 2374, all contact with the colony was lost and Starfleet arrived to find that the environment systems had suffered a catastrophic breakdown for unknown reasons, covering the entire planet in deadly ion storms. The colony was then listed as lost. This was later discovered to be a rouse by the Risian engineer who went on to manipulate the colony's development into a self-proclaimed personal Empire.
